Refund Policy
Payment issue: If your bank/UPI/card is charged but the wallet is not credited after successful verification, contact support with the payment/order details so the transaction can be checked.
Duplicate or failed payment: If a payment appears duplicated or fails after being debited, the transaction will be reviewed and handled according to the payment provider's status and applicable rules.
Withdrawal: A withdrawal request is not a deposit refund. It is a manual payout request subject to the withdrawal rules, including the 10% withdrawal charge.
Important: Do not share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, passwords or secret keys with support or anyone else.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum: ₹150 per request. Charge: 10% of the requested amount. Example: ₹150 request → ₹15 charge → ₹135 payout. Processing: Manual processing within a maximum of 12 hours. Limit: Only one Pending/Processing withdrawal request at a time. Bank details: The user is responsible for entering correct account holder name, account number and IFSC. Incorrect details may delay processing. Status: A request should be marked Paid only after the manual transfer is actually completed.
